Hello I have a 2021 ram mega cab diesel, so obviously there are 2 batteries. I'm installing my hornblasters airhorns and I'm wondering if it will matter what battery I connect the power for the compressor to?

My plan is to run to the passenger side battery as all the components are mounted to the frame rails on that side.

Thanks in advance for your help, if this truck wasn't to technologically enhanced I dont think it should matter but I better ask as.ita brand new to me.

I think it would be preferable to mount to the passenger side battery so that your not pulling the amps from the starter battery, but it will probably not make a difference since you would only be using the air-horns when the truck was running.

Awesome thank you so much.. I didn't realize that the driver battery was the starter battery...

Makes perfect sense 🙂
Thank you
