2025, 3100 miles, system shows 14.5v when driving. When in ACC(blower off and radio off) battery shows 12.3v and drops to 11.8 within 90 seconds. Tried resetting IBS and ran for 2 min. System shows 12.2v, used meter and verified at 12.2V. Dealership just replaced TCM for some power drain symptoms that went away when changed out and also fixed hard shifting and degrading mpg. I’m going to do battery load test to check battery since that’s also a common issue. But this was dealership visit #2 and it’s an hour drive away so once this hits state limit I’m gonna drop it in their lap. Any ideas?

Tim Kuniskis with Ram recently confirmed they were dealing with bad batteries from suppliers on 2025's. 14.4 volts running is good. 12.2 volts and below is bad.

My 2022 5.7 won't even start at 12.2 volts. Verify the battery is good first.
