2025 Ram 1500 4wd with 3 liter to. Bought the factory Ram electric running boards. I did the installation and took to dealer to get programmed they said one of the plugs the wires were backwards so I corrected them but then my HVAC, radio, and windows did not work. But the boards deployed and retracted just fine. Took back to the dealer they said a pin was bent on the module and they corrected it and everything was working perfect. I left the truck sit overnight and went to drive next morning and the batteries were completely dead. I am charging both out of the vehicle and will reinstall in morning to test.
Anyone know what might have caused the batteries to completely drain. Before I did not have any battery issues until they supposedly fixed the pin.

Update Dealer found a bad wire in the harness it was rubbing up against engine block shorting out and causing the cooler for the turbos to stay running.
