What’s up everybody!
I am new to the diesel family, & I recently purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 6.7 Turbo Cummins. I decided to get rid of the factory grid heater & upgrade to the Banks Monster Ram. Also I installed the boost tubes, and cold air intake as well. After completion, I am getting a few codes on screen.
- Service Electronic Throttle Control
- Exhaust System Service Required
- Service Electronic Stability Control
- FCW Unavailable

If anyone has any experience with this install or what exactly these codes are, I’d appreciate the responses.

You might have better luck in the Homepage - HD Rams forum. This is the 5th Gen 1500 Rams site.

I would say call Banks. They know what they're dong, and they stand behind their products.

@BoWilson89 Jay from Banks here. The Monster-Ram cannot cause these electronic issues. There are two possibilities.
  1. UConnect hiccupped because of the battery disconnect. We've seen this before. If this is the cause, it will return to normal after a few key cycles.
  2. However, what we find most often is that one of the harnesses was overlooked during reassembly. There's likely harness disconnected related to the fuel rail, which would result in the warnings you're seeing.
Of course we're hear to help. Call or text us at (800) 601-8072.
