Hey all, I wanted to start a ball joint failure thread. I recently installed readylift 3.5 UCAS on a 3” fox coilover lift. I was all prepared to buy the BDS UCA’s, but then stumbled upon 3 different posts with sheared BJ’s. Plus 2 more on FB. Not very confidence inspiring.

If you’ve had a ball joint failure, post in here please along with what brand (even if it’s stock). Let’s keep each other aware of what to avoid. I’m hoping my RL sst arms stay put.

Just waiting for parts. Fox elite 2.5” coil over lift and planning to go w/bds UCA’s. Now I’m questioning if I should go w/different UCA’s. What did you do for rear suspension?

50k miles and getting the death wobble on inside front tire on turns, so this or tierods? I've seen others with early worn ball joints, and I think the manual has a very tight spec for the slop allowed. Scheduling soon.
