Bakflip MX4

Just installed a BakFlip MX4 on my 2023 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Off Road. The cover, rails and components are cheap, flimsy and lots of plastic.
Vendor doesn’t want to allow my return, so I’ll just make it work.
I’d look at other covers if you’re in the market, this is not the old MX4, it’s cheap. Definitely not worth the $1200.00, and likely not worth half of that price.

Pictures? I’m guessing since realtruck purchased Bakflip quality went to crap. Bakflip use to be good quality.

How old is "the old Bakflip?" I have been really happy with the one I got in 2021.

Old one was 2019 I believe. Hopefully this will be okay!!

I purchased and installed the MX4 in April of this year and it seems fine to me...sturdy, works great, pretty much exactly what I expected.
