Hello all! It's my first post, so let's hope I don't mess up and post in the right section of the forum! I recently purchase a Bak Revolver X4s tonneau cover and encounter fewer issues.
1-The 2 plastic corners "Tab" are broken. Not critical since they can send me spare one but I need to glue one with RTV because the small retention edge is broken on the roll.
2-The left rail hit the tailgate, so both rails need to be shim a bit, nothing to cry for and easy to take care of.
3- The cover is not perfectly flat, so I always end up with a water puddle after I wash or just left the truck outside on a rainy day! That one is a big concern, and I have no "Smart"solution.
( Please don't tell me to let the truck in the garage or never wash it LMAO)
4- The rear seal don't contact with the tailgate, so I will adjust the roll a bit more back, but the cover can't be flush anymore with the front rail like they suppose to be. "Frack"
The puddle issue is a first one for me I install another X4s on a friend F truck series and never deal with this kind of issue so I'm wondering if any of you ever deal with this particular
issue on a tonneau cover before. I will contact Bak industries support and hope they help me ASAP.
