Backed into concrete wall with hitch installed is my frame or hitch ok? 5mph

I backed my ram 1500 into a wall at parking lot speed about 5mph with my hitch installed any chance it did any damage to frame the bumper is fine as the hitch took the impact
Just worried if it did any damage to the frame

Seriously doubt there was any damage at 5 mph.

Roughly the same amount of force as you slamming on the brakes with a 6000 pound trailer behind you and dropping ~10 mph extremely quickly. Truck and trailer hitch are meant to handle it.
