Just wondering if there’s a easy fix to this?
 
Please search. Multiple posts discussing adding and or replacing lights.
 
Best thing to do is replace your lights with LEDs or brighter LEDs if you got LEDs to begin with.

If he has the LED tails, there's no way to change. Install a VLEDS LPR - see the thread on it - problem solved! Worked so well, I put one on my other truck and the back of my camper!

Okay thanks I do have the led package hahaha will the led on hitch receiver also work?

What do you mean? One of those units that go in the receiver tube? If so, others here reported they were pretty poor. If you are asking if it affects the way the trailer wiring works, it does not at all.

After I saw what the VLED LPR could do, I was sold!
