Back up camera display

Ran a short trip on Tom Tom for the first time to test it. Afterwards, I went someplace and backed into a spot. The backup camera didn't come on and looked like the attached. Checked the camera settings menu and it had been disabled. Never had this problem until running Tom Tom.
Anybody else had this happen?

I haven’t experienced that situation, but you may want to do a soft reboot by holding the power button in for about 10-seconds. Let it go when the screen logo appears and hopefully it will correct the blackout screen.

It corrected when I went in the settings menu and turned on the reverse camera again.
