Back up camera 12in black screen

I have a 19 laramie and the back up camara went black this morning and can't get it working. The ucennect has been getting stuck on loading Sirius and not allowing radio,Bluetooth etc to play any music and volume stuck on 17. Anyone got a fix please only 23k miles

I just bought a 22 laramie on the 11th of March and I remember a software update on the 14th that I hit yes on, not sure if it's related. But today I get in and my backup camera wasn't working either. The screen would look like it's about to load but then go back where it was. I tried turning the car off & on, no dice. I did a factory reset and that got it working again but I'd rather not have to deal with this often.
