back doors will not unlock

just got new (to me), 2025 1500 quad cab. the back doors will not unlock unless I pull up the locks manually. for a while the fob would not actually lock any of the doors. I pulled the battery cable and now that works. any suggestions?

Will they lock and just not unlock?

Check the settings under "car settings". Lost of options there.

There are a handful of owners who have had issues with one, or both, rear doors, not unlocking once it hits or goes below freezing. If it’s that cold, where you are, the dealership should have a fix where they add some sort of lubricant to the lock cable inside the door.

Have you checked to see if the child locks are on ?
