Anybody seen this error code? According to my Blue Drive code reader it's a rare occurance. The internet doesn't offer a lot in the way of details either. According to what I've read, the cause may be high or low voltage, an open or short, corrosion...in other words, no useful info.

Check the connections, and the voltage at the connectors.

This is for the E-16. Low voltage fault. I would start by checking all the ground connections. edit: how old is your battery?
If you are planning on TS'ing this by your self, I would recommend subscribing to Alldatadiy
