Axle and diff shaft replaced

Trying to see if anyone has had this issue. I have 2 family members with 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn 3.6 4wd. Both are having noises on full lock like a grinding sound. Took to dealer and both were told they needed to replace front axles and diff shafts, also replied oil in rear diff. Trucks both have around 24,000 miles on them. Dealer said this is something they see on trucks that do heavy towing, neither has ever towed anything or even carried heavy items in bed.

Asked around and found 4 more owner with same issue? All around the same year and mileage.

Maybe it is like the rusting oil pans on some 2019 Rams - bad batch?
