Looking for ideas on where in the engine bay to mount an aux switch power module. Any pics or ideas?

I put mine on side right behind headlight area on driver side. Would love to see if someone knows how to mount where the oem location is for the 2500-3500s are. Maybe someone can at minimum create a small bracket where I currently have it to use both of the ground posts and not just 1 that I am currently using otherwise. I’ll grab a pic tomorrow of where mine is

Here are a couple of the pics.

The first is where I mounted. And how the one hole doesn’t line up. So if anyone knows how to make a small metal bracket for this location would be awesome. The second pic is where the oem location is. Doesn’t seem to be that much space in that area. So I guess where I have it will work. Would love a bracket to use both of the ports.

I put mine right on top of the fuse box. Don't have any pics atm. I just left a couple extra inches of cable to be able to remove the lid.

Put mine on top of the fuse box too. Used jb weld high temp plastic. No issues, easy access.

Yes. Couldn’t find a bigger box to house it in, saw others on Tacoma/tundra pages who did the same thing. Been on a little while now with no issues. Jb weld been holding up great, no issues overheating and if fuse box is needed, I have enough line to pop the top off.

Do you have a pic?

Don’t judge haha. My first time wiring. More has been added since. Looking back at it, there were better ways to hide the wires and maybe more efficient but had fun learning blah blah blah.

Ah ok. So is this just a fuse panel? With negative posts or do they have relays too?

Mine on top of fuse box as well.
Fuse plus relays on this one. Cheap. Under $60
