Aux remote satellite radio antenna for truck camper

Does anyone know of a splitter or 'Y' for the satellite / video connection on the rear of the UConnect? I carry a truck camper occasionally which interferes with the satellite reception, so I'd like to get a wired remote antenna that I could stick on the hood or somewhere. If I could find a 'Y' that would allow another antenna to connect to the existing plug seems like it should work? It has the HSD Fakra with the four-core connection on the back side, can't find anything online for that. I know there's a gentleman on this forum who makes a lot of harnesses, I'm sure I' not the first one to have this issue but can't find anything in the searches. I have a 2021 Ram 3500 Laramie diesel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
