Auto start temp...

It was 40 degrees this morning. I remote started my Ram. When I got in, the seats were not heated nor my steering wheel. It has done it before. Why wouldn’t it do it now? Is there a setting for this? I had thought this happened by itself. It was ok for at least 5 minutes before getting in.

I believe when it’s below 40 that happens and when above 70 the cooled settings come on.
