2021 Longhorn Limited 5.7, no mods. Searched the forum about this but no related results popped up on this. Just wondering if anyone else has issues with their auto high beams not engaging like they should. On several occasions, after oncoming traffic has passed and it's pitch dark, the auto high beams won't return to high right away. Sometimes they won't at all. Checking to see if it's something I should have the dealer check out at the next oil change, or if this is just par for the course with the sensors. Thanks.

That's just how it is. It's overly sensitive to light. Seems to be biased to not being on than being on.

Mine on a few vehicles picked up reflections from roadside signs or mailboxes and would dim. I prefer driving with them disabled. I know some people figure the paid for it, they want it to work, but manual changing is no big deal to me.

I keep auto high beams turned off, and rain sensing wipers turned off (they swipe too quickly even on the lowest setting).
