Audio problems

So my audio in my 2020 ram cuts on and off, So when I hook my phone up or have it on the radio when I push a button on the screen the audio comes on and goes right back off I've tried to reset it I don't know what to do can anybody help

Might try pulling fuse under dash below steering wheel, is fuse F44 is on far right lower area is yellow 20amp. Need 7mm socket to remove panel under dash, is 2 to remove and panel pull on left side until loose then right, comes off easy.

If you only hear sound when touching the screen and soon as you lift your finger the sound stops, this is an acclimation issue. Did the vehicle loose power for an extended period of time or was the radio upgraded or swapped to another unit? If yes then just give the vehicle 24-48 hours for the BCM to acclimate the radio to it then the sound will work correctly. If no then you either have an amp issue or a radio issue.
