Audio Advice / Help Needed: Rear Headliner Speakers

on the subject of the rear headliner speakers, are they wired in series with the rear door speakers? like the front doors are wired with the dash corner, i was curious if i could just buy 2 sets of component speakers for my truck

I run 2 sets of jl audio C2 componets in my doors. In the front I removed the dash speaker and replaced it with the tweeters and in the rear I drilled into the door panel and installed the tweeters.
