Anyone know how to fix this issue without going to a dealership?

My phone will no longer connect to my truck. Worked fine for the past year and all of the sudden it no longer works. I tried to do the restart by holding the volume and tune buttons. Tried to forget the device on the phone and truck. I pair my phone to my truck, but CarPlay will still not work.

Is it wireless or cable CarPlay? I am not familiar with the 2022 Limited.

This.
Do you have WIFi turned off on your phone?
If it’s wired, try a new cable?
Have you tried it with a cable if it is wireless?
Restart your phone?
Go into Settings, General. Car Play on your phone, make sure it’s deleted there as well.

Always have this issue,

This is what I do:

Delete your iPhone connection to your truck (also do that on your truck) go to settings, reset, reset radio. Finally, Pair your iPhone to your truck and you should be fine again.
