I just got a 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn and am having an issue with the Apple Car Play, hoping someone has some insight. The entire UConnect and Car Play work perfectly, accept when I try to make or receive a phone call with Car Play it goes through the phone itself and not the truck. I have to put the phone on speaker to have a conversation. The radio, nav and everything else all respond appropriately when I am talking on the phone and using Car Play. I have used this phone on my previous vehicle which had Car Play as well and did not have any issues whatsoever with the two interfacing. I have tried multiple cables and all 4 interfaces with no change. I also went and removed the previous owner's Iphones from the vehicle history as well to make sure that was not an issue.
The phone works perfectly normal on UConnect and Bluetooth.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am not sure if I need to do a software update on the truck or not, the phone was updated as well.
