Little back story.. I have a 22 limited with the ecodiesel, have had many many issues with the radio and all it does/doesn't do. The first thing that started was on a road trip the truck started charging north of 20vdc after an OTA update while driving on interstate. When we arrived the battery was very swollen and replaced by a dealer where we were. Messed around and had to flash radio backwards to be able to get back home. Many updates later and many trips to dealers local, I am now faced with a radio that barely works, locks up constantly, etc.. a collision avoid issue where the truck sees something not there and activates brakes, a/c that doesn't blow out the correct areas, and on and on.. The last trip to the dealer they decided to flash the ecm/tcm for a shuddering problem that came up and now the truck won't start at times. If the radio acts up, it will continue to run, but if you kill the engine its a waiting game or resetting radio till it comes alive. Along with the newest is the above code that is now active with no check engine light.. any ideas? thoughts?

They need to program your radio to the BCM.

They need to program your radio to the BCM.
They've done that so many times.. reprogram radio.. reconfigure truck.. and each time something new occurs. And yes I've soft and hard reset the radio

Have they replaced the radio?

According to FCA it doesn't meet thier requirements.. calling attnys now
Yeah it's a law not something FCA can have requirements on. Fca will never do it unless you force them.

Definitely go the attorney route and some Google searching for your state.
Make sure you have records of all the failed repairs.

Best of luck.
