Anyone know what part this is? 2019 Ram 1500 longhorn

Ok, I bought this 2019 1500 longhorn at a auction, basically the whole interior was taken apart to inspect for fire damage, so all the parts are there, it's just like a puzzle figuring out where things go, but most stuff I have figured out, but there is this yellow piece with a bunch of small holes on one end and threaded on the other end, does anyone know what this is and where it goes

If I’m not mistaken that is what holds the jack and all the accessories under passenger seat

Plastic style nut to holds the car jack in place under passenger seat.
