Anyone have a Body Armor overland rack?

Hi All,
I'm looking at the Body Armor Overland rack for my 2020 1500, short bed. We plan to due some car type camping this summer, we might put a tent over the rack? I'm also thinking the rack would prevent ( or slow down) any opportunist thiefs from grabbing stuff out of the back.

What are your thoughts on the rack? It seems kinda pricey, considering I could design something similar up using aluminum extrusion. Are there any other comparable products I should consider?
