Any Way To Retain Settings When A Battery Needs To Be Disconnected?

Is there any device that can be connected to the 12V electrical system that will retain settings prior to disconnecting the battery?

Settings remain when the battery is disconnected. The worse part is it can take like 6 hours for the system to completely come back.

Yes, there are small battery devises that attach to the OBDII reader under your dash that give the computer enough power to retain your settings and avoid losing presets and preventing you waiting hours for your Uconnect to comeback fully online.

I haven't tried it myself, but supposedly if you have a Tazerdt and do a BCM reboot with it, everything comes back right away
