Any Atlanta Folks have to deal with Landmark Dodge?

The service department at this dealership is the biggest joke ive ever had to deal with car wise. Bought a fully loaded Rebel at nearly $60k, got it home and discovered the wireless charging pad didn't work, there's a rattling behind the back seat and no lug key. So the next day i drive back up there and they tell me it will be over a month till they can look at my charger and rattling noise. As far as the lugs, they had to take them off and replace them with new ones and a new lug lock key. They wound up stripping one of them completely and tapped it back on.
Over a month goes by and i drop off my rebel, which they initially said would be ready in a few hours. Over a week has gone by and no calls have been returned but today they finally call and ask what kind of phone i have, and if i could come to the dealership to describe the rattling sound from the back seat and which lug needed to be replaced. I pretty much lost my mind on them.
The wireless charger doesn't work, doesn't matter which phone i have....the back seat needs to be taken out to figure out what clanking around back there, i don't need to come up there and describe the sound....And which lug needs to be replaced? the one that's covered in tape........

Thanks for letting me vent, sorry for the rant. Anyways, if there's a better place in atlanta to take my Rebel please let me know!
