So the basics, 2019 1500 5.7 with 138,400 miles. Done oil changes every 3-5K since I got it with 114,000 miles. Replaced the water pump after it had already started making the sound (separate issue of it leaking). It did have the ticking on cold starts which I'm assuming was a manifold bolt or crack, went away on warmup. Now it's making this knock like sound even on warm-up and pretty loud. I have hearing issues so can't pinpoint where the sound is coming from, I'm told it's louder on the driver side. I may end up taking it to a shop to get diagnosed but wanted to throw this up in case someone had better ideas of what to check besides the exhaust manifolds. No driveability issues, no stumbling or misfires, no codes. Sound accelerates with engine RPM.

Thanks for the good news I guess. Time to find a shop to do it if that is the case.
