On my wifes drive home tonight, the radio would play and cut out. I have this same issue with a company truck. Response being 'we know there is an issue and we are working on it'. Apparently, there is a software upgrade for "some" and they will not replace anything until the unknown update comes out. Love the truck, but if this isn't handled professionally and damn soon, it will be my last.

The updates could certainly go smoother. Similar, but rare, occurrences in the Durango world.
Leave your car parked where it has good satellite reception until the update happens... outside and not under a carport.
