I've installed the bed extender mentioned in the thread title. It works fine, but I cannot get it to lock into the tailgate latches when its on the tailgate. Anyone have any tricks to getting the tailgate to lock to the bed extender "posts?"

I have the same. Gotta push hard. Passenger side is harder than driver but it works. Push hard and make sure you have the correct angle.

I got it figured out. I did try pushing down harder but I also realized that based on the installation instructions, I had the straps on backwards. I don't know if that mattered, but it works now. Thanks!
