AMP Bed Step and Borla Exhaust Issue

Just wanted to warn anyone that currently has an AMP bed step for their 1500 and thinking about upgrading their exhaust. Paid $235 buck for the AMP bed step. Getting older and the ole knees aren't what they used to be. Great product BTW. The problem was when I installed the Borla S-Type exhaust I found that I could not bring the step back to the closed position as the 5 inch exhaust outlet was interfering. Prideful as I am I just drive with the step down.... Looks like the garbage man should be jumping on the back anytime. LOL. Taking the step off this weekend. Anyone in the market for an AMP truck step.... Like new.... I know where you can get one.

????? The Borla exhaust mounts in the same exact area as OEM.

Factory doesn't have 5 inch exhaust tips.
