Ambient temp reading scorched earth (185*)

Fired up the truck today, '21 Limited, 41k miles, and the outside air temp is reading anywhere from 140-185* F (See pics). Any remedies you guys know of to fix this? Normally my temps read spot on.

I think mine is reading about 10 degrees higher than actual as well.

Unplug the sensor. Start the truck. Turn off the truck. Plug the sensor back in and see if it reads right after starting it.

It's doing a new trick now..... Start/stop disabled, CEL, no remote start, and no ECO mode. HVAC seems to be a bit wonky as well.... Haven't pulled codes. Do you think replacing the sensor and resetting the CEL will fix this thing??

Cant hurt to try. I dont believe its expensive

Follow up: Was able to get things working again with a ~$14 Amazon ambient temp sensor. I reset the CEL and all has been good. It's amazing how many things get messed with with a single sensor failure.
