I skipped the bowl but watched the TPUSA show. I think it was pre recorded. Things changed without interruption so it was obvious. The lasers at one point looked to be CG on the screen.
Kid Rock just lip synced his high energy opener. He also came out for a song he is going to release but introduced as Robert Ritchie, his real name.
Show was not over the top. Was not the greatest in my opinion. Other than one comment by Lee Brice, it was not political.
Really, it was what you could expect for a football halftime show. I do agree with other comments that they should have gone with local American band Metallica, would have been better for all. NFL fumbled the ball on this one.

NFL has been fumbling it for years. They are catering to one race all the time.
I tried watching the halftime show but my TV seemed to glitch out right then and get stuck on SAP. Fortunately seemed to fix itself by the time the 2nd half started.
A shame, because looked like the people on set were having fun. Was hoping to learn why the main guy was wearing his dad’s suit to Homecoming.
Caught the first 10 mins of 2H and turned it off, too one sided to devote time to.
Edit: Shoulda been the Broncos! Darn Bo and his porcelain ankles. But I still Bolieve!
