I recently replaced my cluster from the 3.5 inch to the 7 inch premium cluster. But I can't get alfaobd to program engine hours. Is this a common problem?

Looking to do the same, is alphaODB the only thing needed to do the swap when using a used cluster?

I’ve had same problem. Got mileage to change, but get process failed when trying to update idle and total hours. Has anyone solved this?

I remember a post, I think it was on the AlfaObd web page somewhere..
Best results at changing EVIC cluster idle and run hours was best performed with a cabled OBD2 adapter. The issue may be the latency of a wireless link over that of a hard wired connection. Obdlink makes two cabled adapters, the EX, and SX, I don't remember which variant has been used successfully.
