I’m sure this has been discussed. I trailered my boat today for the first time with 2023 Limited and followed the directions for connecting trailer—service mode engaged, trailer attached, truck self leveled, all good. When I returned to disconnect, I followed same steps but coupler would not disconnect from ball hitch and truck rear began to raise. I raised tounge jack all the way and still wouldn’t disconnect. I finally lowered suspension to aero mode, hitch disengaged but the trailer/tounge jack moved back 6” on the ground (hard fine gravel). Scared the sh*t out of me. Who can help from previous experience?

Chock the jack wheel. Also, if the ball hangs in the coupler, you might have the inside pawl too tight, and if there is any binding, it wont release.
