I'm going to start my thread on installing my aftermarket subwoofers. As I go with the install I'll be uploading more pictures.
My equipment so far is:
2 Sundown Sa10d4
Orion xtr 2500 watt amplifier
Pac amp pro-to get the signal
Custom subwoofer box(ported at 2.06cuft)-still no carpet going to tackle that later, the edges also stick out a bit, but that was necessary in order for me to get the space I needed and to avoid lifting the seat.
0 gauge power and ground wire
I also have
JL audio c2 3.5 for the dash(maybe)
JL audio c1 6x9 components-thinking of putting them in the doors and the tweeters in the dash
CT sounds amplifier for the mids and highs

I started by removing the 12" screen. There are two bolts on top where the cigarette lighter/plug is at, underneath the plastic/rubber piece. After that you just pull the entire screen including the housing around it. I'll upload a pic of that later.

Then I ran my power cable through a gourmet that is above the cable that releases the hood. I just punched a hole with a screwdriver and force fed the cable through there. I tried running the power cable through the side of the door, where the door sill is at but, it is too big and I will have to removed the drivers seat to run it through the carpet.
Alright so I remov3d my driver's seat and I ran the power cable and rcas under the carpet. I installed the subs and everything seems to be working fine. All I need to do is let the subs break in retune it and of course disconnect the stock sub. As of now it sounds pretty good. I'll rewrite the whole thing in the next few days.

Behind your box in the center there is a plastic trim piece in front of the rear seat tracks. There is a good ground spot for your amp there complete with bolts. Do 6x9s fit our trucks?

Nice thanks for that. I've read that they do, well atleast in the hk equipped trucks they do.

Where did you hide the AmpPro. From the picture it looks like there is a pretty short wire harness that goes in-line with the stock wiring. Doesn't look like it can go to far from behind the screen, so I'm hoping there are some voids when I get around to doing mine.

I hid it right behind the shifter knob. There's a lot of space back there.
