Aftermarket safety add ons

Just bought my first ram 1500, Laramie Longhorn. Love it, but it didn't come with the blind spot detection package. Is there a way to do this aftermarket for a reasonable price?

You can add the factory option and many other factory options too. You should be able to find it by searching.
