Advice needed while I’m still sane.

I’ve been troubleshooting a clunking sound from the front passenger wheel well for about three months now. Driving me mad. I usually hear it when breaking fairly aggressively. Also when I reverse uphill. I have a 2019 ram 1500 bighorn 4 x 4, which has been built for overlanding, so it carries a fair amount of weight all of the time. (Tonneau cover, RTT, roof rack, drawer system) i’ve taken it into two mechanics now. The first said it was tie rods, which I don’t believe because there’s no play in the steering at all. The off-road shop I took it to said it was swaybar links, which seemed possible. They also said it could be the lower control arm ball joint. Yesterday I replaced the swaybar links and bushings at all four wheels. Noise remains. Everything has been tightened up and torqued to the best of my knowledge, though finding torque specs on aftermarket parts can be difficult. I guess my next attempt will be the lower control arms. Has anyone else experienced a similar clunking sound when braking?
