Adding the engine block heater

I just got the quote from the dealership. Parts are about $120. But they need to remove the cab to do the install, so figure $2500 or so in labor.

Can anyone out there in the colder areas vouch for this install requiring what I'll lovingly call "The Ferrari Method Of Engine Maintenance"?
