Added me some fender vents

Just installed the Air Design fender vents. Came out great. love those things. Cut once, cry once.

Well, when you buy a TRX, they come with a hole in the fender for the vents. Just saying....

Most vents, hood, fender, etc. look nice but don't actually vent. Do these fender vents actually vent air from the engine compartment to the exterior?

Yes, they do. You have to cut out the fender for it to work. They don't just glue on.

They might vent out a little bit of hot air through the interior holes in the fenders. I put a flashlight in the fender, near the hinge, to illuminate the areas where hot air can escape. It's much less on the battery side.




The claims on the Air Design website about their vents are pure fantasy. Some hot air might vent out, but it's not going to amount to a performance gain.
