Mine said No Drill but required drilling two holes per flap. Wasn't happy about that but the holes are in unobtrusive locations, and not into metal! Like the look or yours. Mine too. I bought the gun metal version.

Depends on your point of view. They *are* pricey compared to some others. I do like the look though.
