And what a pain in the a$$ that was.... flattening rivnuts (aka nutserts) without a special tool (which at $60 I am only every going to use once) was a major exercise in frustration and triceps exertion . But using a breaker bar and a socket wrench I was finally able to get all 16 mounted and squashed in their holes. The instructions that came with the kit (82215285AB) are beyond useless, as according to them torquing the rivnuts to 5 lb-ft would somehow magically flatten them in their hexagonal holes. In my experience I had to apply close to 100 lb-ft of torque to achieve the desired effect while using two wrenches. Well, it took me almost 5 hours to finish, but the bed has become a lot more usable with 4 extra tie down locations.
