Is the 2022 Limited 5'7" actually 232.9" long? I measured the length of my garage at 235" which is cutting it pretty darn close.

My garage is just a hair over 20 feet, and my 2021 limited with a 5‘7“ bed is about as tight as it gets. If you remind me later this week, I can send you some pictures and exact measurements.

Is the limited a crew cab or quad cab with a 5.7 bed?

According to the dimensions on the FCA bodybuilder document I linked below, yes the overall length is 232.9".

My garage is about 250” or so depending on where you measure from on the garage door and I have about 16” left over when i put my bumper just about on the front wall. I usually pull in and can easily get within an 1” or so just with the front camera ( have a 1” thick foam pad on wall where bumper is). With the door closed I can just make it past the tailgate but it’s close. I usually open the garage door as I come out of the house into the garage when leaving.

I would say a garage 235”-240” technically would fit but it’s too tight to be practical for daily use.

I once had a detached garage reframed so the studs were reframed like a window so i could pull in and the ram emblem on my grill would touch the sheeting of the garage's exterior wall. It's doable. You can rig up lasers, balls hanging from the ceiling, etc.

I'm sure it is 232.9" but what is odd is I measured my driveway before receiving my truck and it measures at 226". My truck could fit perfectly on my driveway with no overhang if I park it all the way up to the garage door. I do wish the width was back to the standard 80" instead of 82.1" though. All of these parking stalls are tight.

Interested in this as well - would like to take it through my local touchless wash, but they claim 19 feet is the max vehicle length. I've seen plenty of other trucks go through, but strangely not any 5th gens when I've been there. I thought 232.9" was "without bumpers" but haven't seen anyone give a confirming measurement.

I can confirm the truck is right at 232.9". My garage measured 235" and I have about an inch to spare at the front bumper and rear bumper. I am considering reframing the front wall of the garage to be framed like a window, to gain another ~3 inches of room. @Pertzbro mentioned this as well.

In the meantime, I hung a tennis ball and just take it nice and slow when pulling up to it. The auto parking brake once the vehicle is put in park, prevents any rolling when you lift off the brake.

The bumpers really don’t stick out much further than the top of the hood and tailgate. I think is a safety design for front pedestrian impacts.

Thanks for the picture and great idea with the foam pad. What did you use as a foam pad? I know mine is going to be very tight as well when I get my 22 Longhorn in.
