Active grill shutter code U11E9

I have a 2019 ram 1500 3.6. That’s throwing a U11E9 code I at this point have checked everything and even replaced the AGS. I was told by a mechanic I needed my upper AGS and lower AGS which he meant the air dam plus my lower coolant pump. Replaced coolant pump and AGS still have my fan blowing on full blast on my engine as well as a new issue my ac is not blowing cold. I honestly have no idea what to do with this U11E9 code I unplugged the air dam deleted the codes with my new AGS in and the fan after just 5 mins started blowing on full blast and it’s literally dark and cold out. Any opinions on my AGS code and maybe even my AC.
