AC/Heated Leather Seat Swap

Just curious if anyone has done or has knowledge of doing a leather seat swap (ac/heated ) to the normal sport leather cloth seat ... I'm keeping the seats. Just taking off the "skin" and putting on the half leather/cloth skin

Not a fan of the all leather. I'm wanting to see if it's possible to make the change

When I got my truck (pre-owned) the PO had installed Katzkin leather on the seating surfaces (6-seater crew cab) - the quality is great and the heaters (don't have the AC seats) works great.
