AC controls not working and constant heat is coming out of the defrost vents. 1500 etorque

There seems to be no power to my AC controls. I adjust them and it does nothing and nothing lights up or is lit up. When the headlights are on the backlight doesn’t even come on on the AC controls. The windshield and side defrosts are on with heat coming out of them at all times when the truck is running. I checked fuses, they all are fine.
