I want to keep this brief, but will supply some background information on diagnosis and my skill set:
  • 59 YO w/ 45+ years of DIY mechanics
  • Electrical/Eletronic Engineer w/ 40+ years experience in electronics/electrical
  • It's NOT the battery. I can assure you of that.
  • Battery tests at 12.74 V static. Load test is good.
  • Negative battery cable was disconnected for about 2 weeks.
I did the heater core; which, required the removal of the dash. Instead f removing the entire dash frame I meticulously disassembled the plastic dash cover, exposing the dash frame.

After replacing the dash and wiring everything up I have ZERO power anything.
  • No interior lights when I open the door,
  • No start button light,
  • No tailgate latch power,
  • No headlights (expected),
  • No interior lights.
Absolutely NOTHING. I have checked:
  • Engine bay fuse box (what used be called TIPM) B+ bus bar and 10 mm nuts.
  • Body ground (was never disconnected)
  • Interior fuse box connections (all 3 are seated with the clamps clipped in place)
I have, obviously missed something, somewhere. Have checked ignition switch connectors and they are in place. Pulled the center stack and console to verify wiring connections and all are in place.

Really confused here on what can cause complete 100% electrical loss.
Looking for a 5th gen RAM 1500 complete wiring diagram.

Thanks for any assistance that may be offered.
