friends had their '20 RAM not be able to start/drive...truck was DOA in their hotel parking lot. had to be towed to dealership, diagnosed as bad ABS module which wouldn't allow truck to start...service tech opined it was the manner in which the parking break was activated on a regular basis (improperly done). WTH? Feedback, please.
