Abnormal Right Rear Tire Wear

First time poster here and have been trying to find some sort of help with what's going on. I have a 2022 1500 Eco Limited 4wd. When I tow my travel trailer my right rear has noticeable tire wear on the inner part of the tire. I have a wdh and that is set up correctly as well as running 50lbs of air in the tires. It's an 18ft trailer around 5k lbs. When not towing there is no issues. I just got new tires in the rear and its noticeable difference from the left rear. Took to alignment shop and they didn't notice or see anything. Any info and feedback would be much appreciated.
