8.4 unconnect upgrade no phone or vr on steering wheel

I have a 2019 2500 tradesman, I upgraded my unconnect to the 8.4. Everything works great except my single phone button and VR bottom on the steering wheel. My steering wheel doesn’t have the audio controls on the back. Any ideas on how to fix.
